MISSION is stating who and why you are moving from HERE to THERE.
VISION is giving them a glimpse of the preferred future and compelling picture that INSPIRES and CATALYZES MOVEMENT.
A Vision Cast is a compelling and CAUSAL DESTINATION with concrete and tangible GOALS and OUTCOMES. It will engage people to join you in doing something that is bigger than you can do alone.
ENLIST them, TRAIN them, DEVELOP a strategy and plan (all of which are measurable) and then create a feedback loop as they are enlisted and tasked with their part of the strategy and plan.
These should make up your metrics.
