Warrior Poet: Galatians 2:20

Galatians 2:20:  I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Dear Warrior Poet,

The life I now live is not merely by my faith in Jesus, but most actually by “in Jesus” faith. If in fact I no longer live, but Christ lives in me, I must ascend that it is His faith I possess, a faith within faith. His faith is the culmination of the obedience learned and the sacrifice made, but equally as important the life lived. It is the faithfulness of Christ that is essential to the life I now live because it is His life, His faith. Don’t be duped by the narcissism of “your faith”! It is like drowning in the sea; the water that fills your lungs is not your water, it is the water that possesses you; a drop of a much greater whole. Apart from Me you can do nothing! My faith/effort runs toward justification by acts and efforts.  Let Jesus fill you to overflow. Apart from Me you can do nothing! Is it “your faith” that you live by or do you live by “in Jesus” faith?
