John 6:44 “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.”
Dear Warrior Poet,
Father draw me once again unto yourself. I wander and stumble, falter and fail, and it is you who draw me again and again by your grace. I surrender my will to you and ask that you bend my wayward flesh when I am unable or unwilling.
Lord, fan the flame of my heart into a fury of your love and acceptance of me even when I am a disappointment to myself and when I enthrone the desire for the approval of others. Lord God, return me once again to the God of my Salvation.
