“Go Viral: The Courage to Trust”
Q. Discipleship moves from investing in to entrusting with. In Luke 9:1-5, Jesus gave the disciples the power and authority to proclaim the Kingdom of God. Even in their fear of rejection and failures, the disciples were encouraged to deal with their perceived failures. Have you ever been entrusted with something you feared you weren’t ready for?
Q. If you knew you couldn’t fail, because you knew you had the power and authority to accomplish it, what would you do in the Kingdom of God?
Q. Developing a disciple means being replaced. Are you investing in the generation being raised up? Do they know Biblical Truth? Do they have a deep understanding of the Word of God? Are you investing in so that they can be entrusted with going forth and making disciples? Are you willing to let replication end with you?
Q. It is best to begin with the destination in mind by picturing who you want to be at the end of your life. What do you want to have accomplished? What do you want said of you at the end of your life? If you were to write out your obituary, how would you like for it to be read?
